Description
HIIT is our signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 4 highly effective rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.

Hi Team! Mein Name ist Emma und meine große Liebe zum Sport haben mir meine Eltern mitgegeben. Egal, ob Bergsteigen, Klettern, Surfen, Ski und Snowboard fahren oder Mountainbiken – Hauptsache in der Natur. Deshalb liebe ich auch die BEAT81 Outdoor Trainings so sehr. Später habe ich dann das Kickboxen für mich entdeckt und lieben gelernt und lasse mich in meinen Workouts vom Kampfsport inspirieren. Ich freue mich darauf, meine Begeisterung für den Sport mit euch zu teilen und gemeinsam mit euch bei jedem Training neue Ziele zu erreichen! Let’s go!

Welcome to our first own Indoor Gym in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction. Toilets are available.
