Our ultimate 90-minute endurance ride, built on the same mechanics as RIDE: Classic — extended to challenge stamina, focus, and pacing. A continuous, music-driven interval ride with clear push–recovery blocks, coach-led cues, and no choreography, designed for sustained effort and real endurance. 💥 What to expect: - Extended, high-intensity cycling built for longer, sustained efforts - Clear interval structure carried across a 90-minute format - Prolonged heart-rate load with limited mental downtime - A true test of stamina, focus, and consistency ⏱️ Example workout structure: This is a 90-minute interval ride using the same foundations as RIDE: CLASSIC. You’ll alternate pushes and recoveries across climbs, flats, and speed efforts — just longer, deeper, and more demanding. Heart-rate tracking helps you pace intelligently while staying challenged from start to finish. 👍 Who it’s for: Experienced riders who want to push their endurance and see how they perform over longer efforts.
