This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

HOW TO FIND US: You will find us on the parking deck of the Victoria Center. Our outdoor bike is located on the top floor and is waiting for you! You can take the elevator to the right of the entrance to the Victoria-Center (Marktstraße 6, 10317 Berlin) directly to the third floor. We are right next to TioTio Pedal! PLEASE NOTE: There are NO changing rooms and restrooms are available. Please bring a bottle of water.
