STRENGTH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.

Meet Meg, a vibrant fitness coach with over 6 years of experience in the field. Hailing from the United States, her background in functional movement, weightlifting, mobility, and expertise in addressing injuries and limitations make her classes both effective and safe. Located in the historic Kulturbrauerei in the Kollwitzkiez neighbourhood, you will find our indoor location in the Center of Dance studio C. Coming from Knaackstraße, you can enter the studio across the street from house number 80. Just look out for the BEAT81 sign! Please note that you cannot enter the studio via the entrance inside the courtyard of Kulturbrauerei. Toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
