Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

About Your Coach, David

I’m currently in my third year of a PhD in Exercise Physiology, with a strong understanding of how the human body responds to training and effort. With a background in Sports Science and over 15 years of experience as a PE teacher, volleyball coach, and personal trainer, I turn knowledge into results. Expect energetic classes full of Latin vibes, warmth, and positive energy.

The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction, toilets on-site ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
