This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

Located in the historic Kulturbrauerei in the Kollwitzkiez neighbourhood, you will find our indoor location in the Center of Dance studio C. Coming from Knaackstraße, you can enter the studio across the street from house number 80. Just look out for the BEAT81 sign! Please note that you cannot enter the studio via the entrance inside the courtyard of Kulturbrauerei. Toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
