Strength & Cardio - Double Set gives you an extra challenge. You will spend 30 seconds on a strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after finishing this Double Set, you rotate to the next one. This time a cardio exercise. Here you can increase speed in the second set. The workout has 4 cardio and 4 strength exercises and 2 rounds.
As an aspiring sports teacher to be, I come from a background of different game and freestyle sports like volleyball, snowboarding & surfing, with lots of coaching experience in them. My workouts are focussed at functionality and athleticism, with the ultimate goal of helping you to get better at everything you do, be it everyday life, getting fitter in those workouts or your favourite sports. I try to push all my customers to their absolute maximum while still having a fun and caring workout environment :)
