Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Johanna

Johanna has been part of the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2016. Fascinated by studying and working with Body & Mind, she then also got certified as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as a Hypnotherapist. Her passion is to act as a bridge for others to become their best version of themselves. Be prepared for intense & sweaty, yet fun sessions!

GETTING THERE The studio is located at Zeughofstraße 20, just a 5 minutes walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Important: it is strictly prohibited to park bikes in the courtyard as the courtyard is a dedicated area for ONLY residents! As a friendly and respectful interaction with our neighbors is important to us, we kindly ask you to not park your bike there. PLEASE NOTE - Changing rooms and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
