With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.
Max is a former Marine and passionate about all forms of fitness and pushing the body to the limit. He has trained people over many years whilst competing himself in CrossFit and triathlon. He is a keen mountaineer and lover of all water sports.
PLEASE BE ON TIME 10 minutes before the workout starts, the door will not be answered anymore and you won't be able to get inside the studio. We hate to do this, but have to make sure the class can start on time. GETTING THERE - Ring the bell at Vossstr. 33 after selecting “BEAT81” and the door will be opened. - Don't ring at other neighbors in case the coach doesn't open right away but please wait. - Cross the entrance hall and go through the glass door to the backyard - Enter the door on the right and go upstairs to the first floor Toilets and changing rooms are available, but there are no showers. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout.
