Description

Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

With over 15 years of experience as a professional dancer and coach, Shar is prepared to turn up the heat and make you sweat. Located in the heart of XBerg, you will find our studio in a quiet backyard. Just cross the driveway until you reach the second backyard, then keep left. Please DO NOT park your bike in front of the parking spot for cars. Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
