Circuit Pump is an HIIT workout that will fill you with lots of positive energy. With 6 stations to conquer; each station involves 30sec of powerful strength exercise followed by an 18sec high-intensity cardio exercise. The real challenge is keeping up with both the pace and power requirements, especially as each round just gets tougher and tougher. But of course, you’ll sweat and feel amazing. All equipment is disinfected after every session. HYGIENE RULES: As we want to continue working out safely we recommend to: - Disinfect your hands before and after the class - Use a towel
Aris is a multidisciplinary skill gatherer, movement practitioner and teacher from Montreal. When he’s not travelling the world teaching and sharing his findings and practice with his students, he’s hunting for skills from different disciplines such as martial arts, dance, circus and others. He is a certified FRC mobility specialist, MovNat instructor, Poliquin Strength Training & Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach and holds a BSc in Psychology. Train with him if you want to: - become mentally and physically strong with a physique to match your strength - be well-conditioned (i.e. you will never feel out of breath again) - move better (i.e. in a way that will help manage and relieve chronic pain and promote longevity in life in general)
Located at the corner of Christburger Straße and Winsstraße, you will find our newest indoor location in the Silberling event space. Go through the wooden gate left of the Silberling café and you can directly enter the studio using the side entrance of house c13. Just look out for the BEAT81 sign! Please note that you cannot enter the studio via the main entrance to the café facing the street, but feel free to grab a pre- or post-workout coffee and snack there :) We don't have changing rooms, but toilets are available and you can change there. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water.
