Hi, I'm Sonia and I've been an exercise enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Whether it's dancing, gym or cycling, I feel best when I'm moving. I studied sports science and have been able to deepen my knowledge of nutrition and fitness over the last few years. HIIT in particular has shown me how much more you can do than your mind tells you. I look forward to pushing you beyond your limits with good music and atmosphere. Be in the moment, push the ride and enjoy the feeling afterwards to come back even stronger.
