As long as I can remember, sports has been a substantial part of my life. With 10 years of experience in fitness, dancing and yoga, I have tried different approaches to sports. Beginning with training friends and family, I gathered experience as the private coach at different companies I worked for. Today, I am a certified yoga teacher, integrating mindfulness into the daily practice. I believe that we all are made to move and it is my passion to inspire others in discovering their love to a more active and fit life. Our health is the most valuable good that we have, that we need to take care of from a holistic point of view, why I constantly learn more about mindfulness, training and nutrition.
