Kate is a group fitness instructor from the US. She grew up dancing tap, jazz & ballet and began her fitness career as a yoga instructor before she found her passion for hiit, barre and other fitness modalities. She loves burpees, core & booty work and she focuses heavily on technique & alignment throughout the class.
