My fitness journey began in competitive powerlifting, where I spent countless hours pushing my limits and achieving personal records. The lessons learned captioned by the Gandhi's quote above formed the foundation of my training philosophy. I've come to learn the value of discipline, the beauty of perseverance and the importance of mental strength. Cycling for me is not just a workout, but a powerful form of self-expression, a harmonious dance with the pedals, where mind, body, and spirit intertwine in perfect rhythm.
